Les PEP 76

Les PEP (Pupils of Public Education) represent a network of 99 associations across the entire country, federated at the national level. They work towards an inclusive society founded on the values of secularism, solidarity, equality, and citizenship.
The General Federation of PEP is accredited as a complementary association to the School, Youth and Sport, and Tourism sectors. It is therefore a network and a social transformation movement operating in the fields of Early Childhood, Education, leisure, social work, medico-social care, and health, across the entire national territory and overseas territories.

A need to track carer journeys more precisely

As part of the opening of a local branch specialised in supporting parent-carers — Parentraide — Les PEP 76 needed a tool to track the life journeys of their beneficiaries. The goal was to follow in a structured way the different stages of the support journey, the resources mobilised, changes in family situations, and the social impact of the actions taken.

We designed a custom platform to centralise all this information, visualise journeys clearly, and identify levers for improvement to better support parent-carers.

The challenge was both human and operational: offering better support to families on one hand, while freeing up time for teams to stay as close as possible to beneficiaries — and having an effective tool on the other hand to meet funders' requirements in terms of measuring social impact and thus facilitating access to grants.
