Health Cube
Health Cube is an innovative health centre based in Normandy, with two locations in Isneauville and Bonsecours. The centre offers a holistic approach to well-being by bringing together osteopaths, naturopaths, and sports coaches under one roof. Its offering includes individual consultations, group classes (yoga, pilates, mobility) as well as a personal coaching studio. Health Cube stands out through its personalised well-being support.

A necessary data centralisation
This diversity generates data from multiple sources: Doctolib for osteopathic consultations, Booking-activities for group classes, and the invoicing software for revenue. Management needed a consolidated view of the entire business to make informed decisions.
The goal was to create a central tool that would, on one hand, automate the data collection process (freeing up time) and, on the other hand, visualise the performance of each activity and identify trends to optimise resource allocation.

I approached GL2A to create a steering dashboard for a complex business integrating multiple data sources: revenue, expenses, attendance, operational performance, and steering indicators.
